Dirk Lens (Member of the Executive Board, Swets, Lisse) and Dr. Paul Evans (Senior Vice President, International Publishing Development, Elsevier Science, Amsterdam) were talked about Multiplication of Impact through Simplification and The New Deal – Freedoms, Experiments, Sustainability – The road ahead, respectively. Dirk Lens spoke about mail functionalities of the SwetsWise product portfolio. Dr. Paul Evans governments of developed countries should help to development if innovations in publishing. But both of them underlined that there are different players in the publishing world that should co-operate and help each other to develop publishing, make it easier and faster.
